Please do not copy, republish, sell or distribute the content, in whole or in large part, without written permission. Material that belongs to boards, publishers or other authors stays with its owners.

Sending an enquiry does not create a contract. Any lessons, coaching or training are agreed separately and may be changed or declined. Free coaching programmes are offered at my discretion.
